Adjusting the rocking mechanism: To activate the rocking mechanism, first raise the backrest of the chair to a vertical position (90°). Then pull the lever on the side of the chair outwards. You can now rock back and forth. Return the backrest to the 90° position and press the lever inwards to lock the backrest and seat.

Adjusting the resistance: Turn the round screw handle under the chair to adjust the resistance of the rocking mechanism. Turn the handle clockwise to decrease the resistance; turn the knob counterclockwise to increase resistance.
