The Tulano Scout 15 balance bike is designed for children aged 18 to 48 months, weighing up to 30 kg. It can be used indoors and outdoors, and the child learns to maintain balance and develop coordination while riding.

The bike has a sturdy steel frame, 6 cm wide EVA foam tires, non-slip TPR rubber handles and a large seat. The low frame makes it easy to get on and off. The saddle height can be adjusted from 23.5 cm to 26 cm. The handlebar has a rotation limiter, and the tires are non-inflatable and puncture-resistant.
