One dumbbell changes four weight levels: 1 kg, 1.5 kg, 2 kg and 2.5 kg. The weight is changed using the selection buttons. The square shape prevents the dumbbells from rolling, and the textured TPR handle is designed for a more stable hold. Assembly required.
