The Mark Adler Expert 5.3 ergonomic office chair is designed for desk work. It features an adjustable seat, ventilated Mesh HD fabric, a backrest tilt function, lumbar and headrests, and adjustable armrests.

The Slide technology allows the seat to be precisely adjusted from front to back. The seat position can also be adjusted to the user's body shape. The SeatRest function allows the backrest to be tilted up to 135° and locked in two positions.

The 2D lumbar support is adjustable in two directions: up-down and forward-backward. The 3D armrests can be adjusted in height, depth, and angle. Adjustable headrest for head and neck support in different sitting positions.
